HOA & condo management companies in every state.
5,035 management companies across 51 states and territories, organized by county so boards can compare who actually works nearby. 3,828 focus on homeowners associations and condominiums. Every listing links to a profile that names its public-record source, and verified providers are marked.

How this directory is built
Companies enter the catalog from state licensing registries (for example Florida’s DBPR community association manager and firm licences), national industry directories, company websites, and profiles claimed by the companies themselves. Each company is placed in a county by its office ZIP code using the Census Bureau’s ZIP-to-county relationship file, and a county page is published only when at least 3 companies are listed there. Association-focused companies are listed first, and nobody can pay for a higher position. Read the full methodology See the statistics by state
Common questions
Which states license HOA managers? Only a minority of states license or register community association managers — Florida (CAM and CAB licences) and Nevada (CAM licences) are the best-known examples — and most states set no manager credential at all. Each state page states the current rule with a source.
Is ManageMatch free for boards? Yes. Participating companies pay for qualified introductions; boards and owners never pay, and contact details stay private until you choose who receives them.
What if my county is not listed? A county page appears once 3 or more companies are listed there. Your request still reaches companies that serve your area, because matching uses office location and service radius rather than county lines.
