Privacy is part of the matching model.

Controlled-pilot notice · Last updated August 24, 2026. This policy draft requires counsel approval before a commercial public launch.

Information collected

Property briefs may include property type, full property address, association name, requester role, requested service model, current management setup, unit count, timeline, notes, and contact information. Provider accounts may include signed-in identity, company, coverage, delivery, billing, and performance information.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the marketplace, identify compatible providers, support requested introductions, deliver account communications, prevent abuse, review company-profile requests, and maintain transaction and audit records.

Consent-based sharing

A property brief is never published or distributed broadly. After explicit consent, contact and property details may be released only to up to five matched companies for that request. If an introduction is not ready to move forward, the details remain held for operator review.

Protected provider information

Public company profiles are limited to comparison details such as business name, general location, service categories, affiliations, and review status. Direct contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, street addresses, and internal verification records are not displayed publicly. Signed-in business representatives may request a claim, correction, or removal for operator review.

Retention and security

Final retention periods, statutory response deadlines, incident contacts, state privacy rights, and processor agreements must be approved before commercial launch. Payment card data is intended to be handled by hosted Stripe Checkout and is not stored directly by ManageMatch.
