Marketplace role
ManageMatch facilitates introductions between property owners and independent property management companies. It is not the property manager, broker, attorney, insurer, or guarantor of either party.
Provider information
Companies are responsible for the accuracy of claimed services, credentials, coverage, pricing, and public profile information. A successful claim creates a pending workspace, not a verification badge or automatic activation. Pending profiles remain marked until independently reviewed, and direct provider contact details stay protected within the marketplace.
Five-placement auction and credits
Eligible managers compete for up to five placements on a qualified lead. Required coverage, property, capacity, quality, account-status, and consent gates apply before ranking; bids below the $65 minimum are ineligible, and among eligible bidders, bid price determines position. Every manager awarded a position—up to five managers—is charged its exact prepaid bid before receiving the same lead. A permanent delivery failure returns account credit automatically, and timely bad-contact claims follow the evidence review workflow.
Optional auto-refill
A billing administrator may authorize ManageMatch to charge a Stripe-saved card for the selected refill amount whenever the prepaid balance is at or below the selected threshold. Disabling auto-refill stops future attempts but might not cancel a charge already processing. A failed automatic payment removes the saved enrollment and requires secure re-enrollment.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit false requests, scrape protected account data, misuse contact information, evade consent, interfere with service operation, impersonate a company representative, or misrepresent a pending profile as verified.
Intellectual property
The ManageMatch brand, code, and interface are original to this implementation. Third-party company names and factual business information remain the property or responsibility of their respective owners.
