How the marketplace is different
Owners submit one complete property brief and receive up to five qualified managers. Eligibility is established by coverage, property type, unit range, capacity, quality, and prepaid balance; qualified bids then determine placement order. Managers control those inputs from a dedicated workspace.
Privacy by design
Public profiles show comparison information while keeping direct provider contact details private. Owner contact and property details are shared only after explicit consent and only with the matched companies that win up to five placements.
