Property owners need more than a long list of company names. Managers need opportunities that fit their markets, property specialties, capacity, and economics. ManageMatch structures both sides of that decision so the right conversations happen sooner.
How the marketplace is different
Owners submit one complete property brief and receive up to five qualified managers. Eligibility is established by coverage, property type, unit range, capacity, quality, and prepaid balance; qualified bids then determine paid placement order. Every awarded company pays its own bid, and the highest qualified bid receives the featured first position.
Ownership disclosure
ManageMatch is affiliated with Highland Management and Northland Group. Affiliated providers may participate in the marketplace, but they receive no automatic preference and must pass the same qualification, coverage, capacity, funding, and bidding rules as every other provider.
Privacy by design
Public profiles show comparison information while keeping direct provider contact details private. Owner contact and property details are shared only after explicit consent and only with the matched companies that win up to five placements.
