Preview an anonymized opportunity
When a request fits your market, you may receive an alert with the property type, requested service model, current management setup, ZIP or general market, approximate unit count, desired start date, and available placements.

Claim and verify your company
Find your company in the directory or create a profile, confirm that you represent the business, and choose the verified destination for purchased opportunities.

Set your coverage and bid
Choose exact ZIP codes, property types, unit ranges, capacity limits, and a prepaid bid of at least $65. It is free to sign up and preview a matching opportunity.

Compete for one of five positions
Eligibility and quality checks come first. Qualified companies are then ranked by bid, with no more than five paid placements for each request.

Every placed company pays
If your company is awarded any position from #1 through #5, its exact bid is charged before delivery. All placed companies pay and receive the same lead; position #1 receives the most prominent presentation to the requester.

Receive the full consented lead
After a win and charge, receive the requester’s contact details, association name, exact property address, role, requested service, current management setup, unit count, timeline, and submitted notes so your team can follow up.

You receive the complete brief.
Full details are released to every company awarded a paid position after the requester has consented to introductions and that company’s placement charge succeeds.
Five paid positions
Higher qualified bids earn stronger placement.
Coverage and quality gates protect fit. Once qualified, the highest bid receives the larger featured presentation with the company brand mark; positions two through five follow in bid order.

Is there a fee to join?
No. Claiming or creating a company profile and reviewing an anonymized matching opportunity are free. You pay when your company is awarded any one of the paid positions from #1 through #5.
Does signing up guarantee a placement?
No. Your company must match the request, pass the applicable eligibility checks, have capacity and funds available, and be awarded one of up to five positions.
Is each opportunity exclusive?
No. A requester may be introduced to up to five property management companies. The five-position model gives the requester a useful comparison while limiting the competitive set.
Can I control where and what I bid on?
Yes. You can define ZIP coverage, property categories, unit bands, daily capacity, monthly budget, and bid level from the manager workspace.
What if the delivered contact is unusable?
You can request a lead refund from the billing workspace and explain what was invalid or incomplete. Approved requests return the full lead charge to your prepaid balance.
Can I keep my prepaid balance funded automatically?
Yes. Auto-refill is optional: choose a trigger balance and refill amount, securely enroll a card with Stripe, and turn it off whenever you want from the billing workspace.
